      Pros

      - Flexible schedule are given by Manager as much as possible. - Good compensation - Great work environment with easy to work with colleague. - I have a very nice Manager - New employee are equipped with complete training before the proper work started. - Provide employee almost all equipment they need.

      Cons

      - Shifting schedule. - No year end bonus given so far unlike other company in our country.
