0 contracted hours It's minimum wage (it's not £13+ like it is advertised) for majority of the work, even night shifts The DBS is not free (£50) and you have to work 500 hours to claim it back The training in person is paid but the eLearning is not, which takes sooo long because you have to interact with the videos, and you are expected to do this in your free time, for free. Shifts available are mostly 12+ hours long, very rare to get anything less than that
