      The company is growth oriented and that's because of the growth mindset of the CEO. Business model is great so this company will grow fast, Time to time company gatherings are great too.

      Just like any other start ups, there are some messy processes that needs a lot of iterations to get established

      Maybe the city (Miami) although the work life balance doesn't really allow you to take advantage of it.

      Cons

      The company is a scam. You don't realise it at first but after spending time in it you can't possibly agree with the overall method if you have integrity.
