      Pros

      Collaborative environment Becoming a well known and respected panel suppler

      Cons

      The Insights/Consulting team has become more and more clique based, it has lost the 'start-up' feel that used to make it an amazing place to work. They are no longer transparent to their clients about any data quality issues that arise, and will actively tell their consultants/analysts not to communicate these issues with the data.

      Pros

      Great for career development & culture. I get to sell an amazing product & am surrounded by some of the smartest people I’ve encountered in the industry. Really feel like my leadership is interested in hearing my POV and appreciate that our product group can be nimble to support new ideas or enhancements quickly.

      Cons

      Sometimes have to get scrappy, but I’d much prefer that to a culture of unnecessary red tape.
