- You are treated with respect and your thoughts and ideas are considered seriously regardless of position - Your time and energy is also treated with respect - Benefits are good and it definitely feels like the company has your best interest in mind and does everything they can benefit that
Cons
You miss out of some of the benefits that a larger company might provide such as a 401k match. This is mostly just due to the size of the company though
