To describe Numa Networks, you’ll need to picture a very fast paced, energetic, environment. Each day you are surrounded by skilled engineers that are all dedicated to a common goal (ultimate customer service). The opportunities to learn new things are constant here. Always something new to learn. Numa encourages growth... even pays for training and certification. The teams are all very encouraging and close to each other. The strong unity and synergy, within the compang, is what keeps me going strong. Each day brings something new, but we take it on together. Plus... there is an arcade & pool table.
Cons
Constant learning and constant growth. Very very fast paced. Much like technology, the landscape is always changing. After an issue/project, we conduct a lessons learned. We are truthful, honest, and have high expectations of each other (which we express). All these things are not bad to me though, but can be off putting to some. All this accelerates growth and transparency... the goal is always to grow, not condem.
