1. Delayed salaries(paid mostly after 10th of the month), Appraisals due for more than 2 years 2. No Variable pay/Performance bonus paid. Instead, it was told that these will be paid out with interest and no timeline to it. 3. Junior HRs have no knowledge and cannot look up to the HR leader. HR leader lacks industry knowledge, lacks empathy & compassion, lacks communication skills. HR leader is very rude & is not available in BLR office; never responds to calls or texts 4. Leader is not a gamer & lacks knowledge of games. The org runs like a services company. 5. No recreation, No perks & benefits - (Insurance is important)You are stripped of benefits 6. You can never reach the finance team. Nobody knows if there is a finance team. 7. Form 16 is not issued. For 2022, we were told to file taxes on 31st July (looks like taxes were paid then). For 2023, no Form 16 issued yet. No response from the finance team. 8. Full & Final settlement takes more than 6 months to clear, and the rules change as per their convenience.
