Job security Absolutely zero job security here now there was a time when this company was good when it comes to job security but not anymore everyone who have above 6-7 years of experience is at risk Many senior employees have been fired or created situations where they left themselves despite been associated in this company for 10-20 years straight after all of them are fired now they are targeting to people having experience range of around 10-20 years So only join if you are a fresher to 3 years of experience or if u dont have job else don't join if you are currently working dont join I repeat again don't join no matter what salary they offer you mental peace is much more important than a few bucks in your pocket and that too when 30% will go to income tax out from increment amount In current appraisal cycle also they have plan to downgrade ratings of around 20% employees so the same can be given an excuse and than they can fire them 2. Working culture Absolutely pathetic horrible if you can be slave and can have yes sir culture join here this company is meant for you else don't join you are at wrong place People managers don't respect they try to threaten you always and try to bully each other so much politics Absolutely ZERO ethics 3.HR policy A new HR having 20 years of experience was hired and fired within 2 months you can now think about it a new HR is at place let's see how it goes Work from home As on date only Thursday you can do work from home that too managers are forcing to come all 5 days and many employees are also coming I have many in my knows who wanted few days work from home basis on medical reasons but they clearly refused and employees either have to consume leaves or gone for leave without pay Employees who were hospitalized and demanded work from home for 4-5 days after discharge from hospital they did not allow and asked employee to take leave This has happened to 3 people I know Every day forcing employees to come not just this organization even every organization should think about it to reduce traffic on the roads and to reduce pollution also we have limited natural resources Attendance system Very very strict system they have in place biometric face Attendance have been installed so if next covid waves comes there is no fingerprint touch required now and employees can be called upon to office no matter if they die or live 9 hours is strict even if at month end assume that there are 20 working days in a month so 20×9=180 hours are required assume if your hours are 179.59 than your half day leave will be automatically debited by system if there is no leave than half day salary will be cut just because of 1 min but no matter you have given 10-12,14,16 hours of time in previous month not even single rupee of overtime will paid to u Infrastructure From outside it looks good but let me bring a few points 1. Lifts are always non operational 2. Sometime drinking water have very very bed smell like it comes from washroom don't know what's reason 3. Parking is very limited people struggle to park their vehicle be it 4 wheeler or bike many times people have been challaned if they parked outside or at times vehicle have been theft as well outside premises but management don't care all they want people to see at office earlier they had shuttle service that is also not there anymore Hygiene factor is very poor flushes hardly work here many time human waste have been seen floating around in WC Techstack No matter what technology experience you have they can out you in any technology and you will be surprised to hear this that in open house it was clearly announced that tech people can be put into HR and finance departments also and wise Vera HR might have to do coding we thought it's just for saying but no they have done it There is absolutely no career growth here managers won't let you grow here compensation is ok here but huge difference you might find comparison to other colleagues near to you experience On the name of diversity and inclusions you will feel good to see emails in your inbox but nothing on ground Work life balance is very very pathetic you will be forced to work 12-14 hours in a day and Saturday too Lists are endless but ending this major concerns
