Great team and culture - Software Engineer Nuacom Employee Review

Nuacom was one of the most enjoyable workplaces I've experienced. As a former PMM who spent 5 years in this company, the CEO actively participated in our projects and welcomed diverse perspectives on GTM strategies. The company was always moving forward, and for me, being part of the team was very exciting. Social interactions were periodically promoted by the HR. Team-building events and informal gatherings. Teambuilding activities and informal gatherings created opportunities for employees to connect on a non-corporate level. While I had a great time working there, ultimately I decided it was time to try something new and pursue new professional challenges.

I enjoyed my time at Nuacom, but more investment in professional development would be beneficial for talent retention.

My experience at Nuacom was nothing short of fantastic. The company offered a flexible work arrangement, allowing me to work both in the office and remotely. As a marketing manager with content marketing responsibilities, I was pleased with the management's recognition of my contributions and the quality of my work. The CEO was incredibly approachable and always eager to hear new ideas and my past experiences. Plus, the HR team did a fantastic job fostering a positive work environment with team-building activities like dinners. And let's not forget the weekly free pizza - a perk everyone loved.
