Pros
If you are in a high volume location your compensation is pretty good. You most likely will be very happy with your pay provided you are willing to put in the work.
Cons
If you are in a low volume location there is a constant pressure to build it up. You are forced to try and keep the moral of your team up while yours remains low due to the low salary an bonuses that you receive. The bulk of the pay are in the bonuses but the goals that the company set are close to unreachable until october- december time.
