The company appears to be dwindling, and employees are often blamed for working different shifts, which is said to lower the energy. From an employee standpoint, morale is actually lower because of the workload and expectations placed on staff. There also seems to be too many layers of management, with a director over directors structure that contributes to favoritism and inconsistent decision-making. Management does not seem to listen when employees ask for help or raise concerns.
