Pros
Very collaborative environment with talented and friendly people, there’s a huge range of disciplines working together. The work is challenging but super interesting. Management is understanding of personal circumstances if they come up, and overall I’ve had a very positive experience so far.
Cons
The pace of work can be a bit intense sometimes, especially when nearing project deadlines
