Great work life balance, wonderful co workers. Extremely flexible scheduling, open door policies for management. Excellent benefits and quiet working environment.
Cons
Not much vertical movement, salaries are low for the amount of responsibility required for position. Growth within department is nil, but it is a great launching point for a career.
