All of our roles are regularly benchmarked against external market data to ensure fairness and competitiveness, and individual pay is reviewed on an ongoing basis as part of our remuneration processes. We encourage colleagues to engage in regular career conversations with their managers so we can best support their development and future aspirations. We recognise the importance of strong leadership, meaningful feedback and understanding individual needs. We continue to invest in inclusive leadership capability and inclusive training for all colleagues. We offer a variety of tailored adjustments and specialist support based on each individual’s needs. Alongside this, we have employee networks such as our CAN (Colleague Ability Network) community, which help ensure all voices are heard and represented. We are also committed to improving systems and processes across the business. Through initiatives such as our Our Voice and the Bright Ideas forum, colleagues can share suggestions and feedback, which feeds directly into the continuous improvement work underway to update tools and ways of working. We encourage regular in office collaboration to strengthen team connection and culture, and we host a variety of internal and external events throughout the year to help colleagues build relationships across the business.
