- long working hours. While other company practice 9H working hour, here is 9.5 hours. Even it's still less than 45H per week, but they push you to max. - inconsiderate direct superior. Very difficult to sign claim and to approve leave. Complain if MC or EL due to family matters. So in short, very hard to get leave. Only die is allowed. - Married staff especially those with child better don't work here. You have to work like you have no other commitments. - poor leadership. Keep on changing direction. Morning said A, evening suddenly change to B, want it immediately before going home. Due to this, staff need to stay after working hour just to satisfy their demands. - no proper training given, but you are expected to know everything. No enough time given to learn. All is about doing doing doing and deliver. If got mistake, you are weak. - superior micromanage, no trust and love favoritsm. Mistakes are not allowed but no training/coaching given. What they know is condemn and blame. - too many bosses to follow. Boss A wants x. Boss B wants y. Boss C wants z. As a small potato, you will die in between. - you can join this company if you really desperate to work. But as long as you have choices, please make this company as last choice. Fresh graduate maybe ok to bully, but not exec with experience. - if you are approached by recruiter, please don't trust them 100%. They oversell this company untill it looks flawless and so perfect. Remember they get commission if you are in. Once you join, only you know the rotten meat inside. - This company never bother about staff wellbeing, mental health and burnout. All is about work work work and work. All staff are stress. - all potential employee should read all the reviews and they are all legit. Trust us.
