Pros
A great group of people to work with... on the day I turned up for an interview 4 different people saw me sat waiting and asked if I needed anything or if they could get me a coffee. This exemplifies the culture for me. Everyone here is friendly, approachable and happy to help in whatever way they can. My experience is that is true, regardless of their seniority or own workload. A sensible attitude to work flexibility also means there is plenty of give and take, with the company understanding the need to take time of for personal appointments, etc, in return for the same flexibility from employees. This makes it easy to juggle work and home demands. Great growth gives great opportunities and also means people here are genuinely enthused about where the company is going.
Cons
Like many companies going through such fast paced growth, there is work to do to catch up all aspects of the business with the size and needs of the company. Internal processes, such as starter onboarding, is not always up to the task. However, there is both the awareness and passion to change this and so I have no doubt it will continue to get better.
