      A lot of favoritism, and point system is terrible. They take points for any and everything but regardless of quality of work attendance u have to wait 12 months to get point back.

      Decent pay , good benefits

      Cons

      Horrible management , too many hands in the pot trying to control things . Management leans in the good workers and lets the lazy workers get away with anything. We work 6 days a week and a lot of us are on 12 hour shifts . 1 day off is not enough .
