      the money was great plenty of overtime

      favoritism treat you like crap the managers as well the supervisors don't care about the continuous amount of bullying that goes on in there plant.

      Decent pay , good benefits

      Cons

      Horrible management , too many hands in the pot trying to control things . Management leans in the good workers and lets the lazy workers get away with anything. We work 6 days a week and a lot of us are on 12 hour shifts . 1 day off is not enough .
