      Pros

      The pay is good, the plant level managers are good to work with and safety is a key focus for the company.

      Cons

      The hours can be long and the workload can be rather high at times. Advancement is limited unless you are willing to relocate.

      Decent pay , good benefits

      Cons

      Horrible management , too many hands in the pot trying to control things . Management leans in the good workers and lets the lazy workers get away with anything. We work 6 days a week and a lot of us are on 12 hour shifts . 1 day off is not enough .
