      Cons

      Taken advantage of with ridiculously fast machines and responsibilities. Breaks are not full length and is unpaid. Pay is insufficient for shift work

      Decent pay , good benefits

      Cons

      Horrible management , too many hands in the pot trying to control things . Management leans in the good workers and lets the lazy workers get away with anything. We work 6 days a week and a lot of us are on 12 hour shifts . 1 day off is not enough .
