      Pros

      The people I work with are great. The CEO is a great example of someone who puts their employees first. Not many CEOs are as people focused as Stan. They're working really hard to promote a healthy culture. They're working really hard on DEI and putting it at the center of their culture.

      Turnover rates - some silos between business units

      Decent pay , good benefits

      Cons

      Horrible management , too many hands in the pot trying to control things . Management leans in the good workers and lets the lazy workers get away with anything. We work 6 days a week and a lot of us are on 12 hour shifts . 1 day off is not enough .
