Leaders are genuine, approachable and open about what they're looking for and what you need to do. Very useful for honing skills with WordPress, HTML and CSS. Nice environment, very friendly coworkers.

Hard to keep busy as an intern. Often worked alone, which was problematic whenever I needed assistance.

Great customer base with amazing projects to work on and most of the employees are great to work with! Typically, they are fairly flexible with work hours, vacation, etc.

Hypocritical leadership. They talk about their values (which sound great)...but a couple of the higher ups don't follow these values one bit. There is zero career path. You are hired and maintain the same job without promotion and they do not give pay increases.
