VERY flexible hours, great team to engage with (if you're in reimbursement), training is not bad given the fact that most people are open to help
Cons
overworked and underpaid. As most accounting related jobs, you will have alot of assignments and sometimes you will learn as you work, it will take some time for you to adjust, so be patient and dont focus too much on the volume of work you have to do.
