Thank you for your feedback and we are disheartened to hear that you didn't feel like you got the leadership or direction that you needed. Our goal for all leaders at Novi is to create an exceptional onboarding experience for our new employees, and as such, the expectation of a Director level hire in a newly created function is to build the org and design the onboarding processes for that function. We have also identified that as a gap and will ensure that we address that in the interview process going forward. As a small, but growing startup, we recognize there is a bit of a risk in joining us at such an early stage of the company.
