      None really. They expect things but not willing to pay for them.

      Cons

      Management has no clue what they are doing. French owned company and they are way over their heads. Really looks like they are running company into the ground on purpose.

      Machines never work how they are suppose to they also band aid every machine instead of actually fixing it
