      Pros

      Health benefits are good. mission is very gratifying. A lot of effort put in to patient experience. The majority of staff want to do a good job.

      Cons

      Inconsistent leadership pockets. Not enough involvement of people doing the work in changes that are made. There is a lot of fear of the staff right now

      Pros

      Of all the companies I have worked for Novant has been the best experience. I moved back into leadership after years of having stepped back from leadership due to burnout and frustration. Novant invests more than any company I have seen in both frontline and leader development, with cohesive messaging about priorities. I truly enjoy the teams I work with.

      Cons

      IT was moved to overseas a few years back. They back-pedaled on this and moved some aspects back to domestic coverage, but overall, I can't see where this improves operational efficiency despite surface level savings.
