How would we feel like when working at NTS - Senior Associate Editor Nova Techset Employee Review

They are asking us to apply our own personal CL, SL in case if the customer sends no files. This happens the whole year and we "should" apply our own leaves during Christmas and New Year. Being a Hindu, I am unable to celebrate Pongal that comes at the end of Jan or in the beginning of Feb because of leave shortage. I am not a Christian to celebrate Christmas. Everyone enjoys Pongal, where only me sitting before the computer and working. If there are no files, they would give any additional work like data collection etc and mark our presence. It is completely rude and illegal to ask us to utilize our own leaves, which I consider that the rights of the employees are denied.
