Worked at multiple Tech companies, so I speak with the advantage of experience. Management makes a point to be sensitive to the needs of its employees, constantly encouraging them to expand certification portfolio. Even though everyone has a job to do to further the company brand, there's a conscious effort to promote a fun atmosphere. The owners are very knowledgeable and experienced in the industry, and most all empl's really enjoy their work and the comradery.

Some alienation between the tech team and the sales team, which is not uncommon in the tech industry, and it's being addressed with more inter-departmental involvement.

You'll be exposed to and learn a lot of various technologies and use them to the point you know them well (as opposed to working for one company where you may setup something once and not work with it again until it breaks 3 years down the road)

Work hours can be challenging at times because you're supporting a lot of other companies but that is just the nature of the job - not a downside of this company
