      Pros

      Employees are great, Executive team is nice, hybrid work situation

      Cons

      Horrible communication from the top. Raises and bonuses are promised and not given. Job security is poor, after several layoffs in the company history. High turnover. Work load continues to grow and the staff isn't growing along with it.
