Pros
I've worked on many teams and believe that Notable is doing something very special. The product has already turned heads and is helping physicians shave off hours of admin each week. My favorite part is the leadership/diversity among the three co-founders. They balance each other out and offer different strengths to the team. The environment moves very quickly here, and we're growing fast, so the opportunity to make a big impact is boundless. There is complete trust and individual ownership over projects. And we work as one cohesive unit. We're in the center of downtown San Mateo and have a sweet patio. We cater in lunch and dinner everyday. Medical/dental/vision insurance benefits are awesome. Salary/equity is performance-based.
