      Pros

      Northside is a wonderful place to work. Northside offers great work life balance and I truly feel like I am contributing to an overall greater good. I do feel valued and respected as an employee & I have wonderful work life balance. I also work with some amazing people, the environment that I work in fosters productivity and growth.

      Cons

      The most value is placed on clinical positions and nurses, which is great if you are a nurse or someone clinical. If you are not, your benefits and sometimes even your pay suffer.

      Northside definitely has very high standards for clinical excellence however it does take a village. That village includes ALL employees both clinical and non-clinical. We hear your opinion and are working hard to show appreciation to all employees.

      Pros

      -some of the nurses on the floor were nice -gets your foot in the door with a hospital as a student -supportive management on the floor i was hired on

      Cons

      -low pay for what you put up with -was mainly working as a patient care tech as opposed to a nurse extern -nurses on the med/surg floors weren’t very nice and willing to help -don’t feel like i got enough training -the pre shift anxiety was horrendous
