      Pros

      Manager is understanding and responsive. Great 401k match: 8% of salary, and good benefits. Can get reimbursed if you go back for a masters, and not much time spent overtime.

      Cons

      Started during COVID so team was still adjusting to online. Didn't have an extremely positive ramp up experience

      Pros

      Hybrid work environment (currently two days in office). Decent PTO that does carry over. Quarterly 1:1 with manager.

      Cons

      Lack of advancement opportunities unless you are willing to relocate, even than it's still difficult. no cross training or shadowing opportunities for those that want to advance career. Could be better at retaining the good, experienced staff before they leave to go elsewhere.
