      You could work from home

      Cons

      Frequent layoffs and unpredictable policy changes driven by leadership that lacks real industry experience make this a difficult place to work. The culture is harsh, management is weak, and the commission structure for licensed agents is disappointing. There’s also a real risk of facing TREC complaints, which can put your license on the line. Overall, it’s not worth the risk.

      Pros

      Really great team. If you're not an A player, you might not make it. But part of that means you'll be with some of the most talented and enjoyable people who want to grow and grow with you. Tons of opportunities to do very well in this company.

      Cons

      It's moving FAST. Some people might not be able to keep up. Management can pivot a lot and some people definitely don't love that.

      Pros

      Outstanding, top-level talent that is mission-focused on serving owners / being owner obsessed. NP is a team that's done massive retooling to improve performance in every facet of its operations. It's an exciting place to work where the team is truly bought in, filled with servant leader types who want to make a difference through their work.

      Cons

      Since the company is in a rebuilding phase, there are frequent pivots and training / SOPs struggle at times to keep up. So, if you thrive in an environment with more structure, perhaps consider joining NP in 6 -12 months when more of this will be built out!
