Obviously the tan, you get to work with your social skills in the real world and learn how to solve problems efficiently and quickly. Also, you learn how to act in emergencies, which will help you in many other cases, or with other jobs, i.e.. babysitting. Also, you get bonuses at the end of the season if you worked a certain amount of hours.
Cons
You need to be sure that you're on your a-game everyday you work because you're the hands who everyone has put their lives into incase of emergency. You are someone who, in case of emergency, the patrons will look to for guidance, and you have to be ready at all times.
