Thanks for your review - one of Northgate’s biggest strength is the people who work here - they really are a great bunch! We’ve heard the feedback about needing to improve our benefits and hopefully you will have heard that this year we are working on improving these for all non-managers. These improvements will see the launch of Company Sick Pay, Alignment of FTE hours,
Rationalisation of all terms and conditions, enhanced Maternity, Adoption, Shared Parental and Paternity leave and the
introduction of paid ‘Care of Dependants’ leave. We have also launched the new Health and Wellbeing programme ‘Northgate Fuel’ which will offer all staff access to everyday discounts, advice and support on staying healthy and an employee assistance programme for when things get tough outside work.
