      Very simple tasks and pays well.

      Cons

      The supervisor, manager, and director will flame you out of thin air. They will collude and make up stories to flame you without providing solid evidence.

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule. Great and kind staff to work with. My team is wonderful

      Cons

      Salary not competing with inflation and is not competitive especially for the Boston area. On my salary I cannot afford to live close to my work. The "merit" increases this year were laughable - not competing with inflation nor cost of living.
