Pros

The clients, they are the #1 reason we do what we do. Opportunity for growth, they recognize good employees and promote from within. Working with a great group of people. I learned tons and had a chance to be creative, my ideas were well recieved by management . Lots of training from qualified people who care. Paid time off, paid training.

Cons

Terrible health insurance for a ridiculous price, finding coverage is nearly impossible due to constant staffing shortage, hard to find work life balance because they contact you at home a lot. Too much is expected from House Managers. Understaffing is a problem with any job in this line of work.

You achieve respect from the clients, trust from your coworkers and its a great teaching oppertunity.

Cons

Most of the managers can be contacted by text (not always available), and you have to make sure your hours do not go over
