Pros
The job is easy and it works around my class schedule perfectly (I'm a medical student). I'm actually making decent money while working an hour or so every three days (average). I'm fairly independent and don't have a boss or supervisor breathing down my neck. It's not a bad gig at all.
Cons
The hours are unpredictable, but that's the nature of the job. There can be a lot of travel at times as well. Training is a big problem, you really need to be able to figure things out on your own, IE, paperwork , however the dispatch has been an enormous help. I buy my own gloves, supply bag, and file folders, I think it would be petty of me to expect them to ship me out a box when I can get them locally fairly cheap.
