I can't find any cons.

There are many interesting projects from an engineering point of view, and a lot of variety to the work which helps it not to get monotonous. The staff is great, very bright and helpful. The environment is highly collaborative and everyone is able to make significant contributions.

There is the occasional challenging customer.
