On my way out - Account Analyst NorthStar Financial Services Employee Review

Pay is pretty low, don't expect to be rewarded for working harder than others. Horrible work-life balance. Expected to work overtime all the time. Never says no to clients, this is a huge issue and causes most of the mandatory overtime. Company is not prepared to grow and doesn't seem to be making any changes to scale effectively. Not a ton of room to move up. Promoting people to managers just because they are good at their job doesn't mean they'll be a good manager.
