9yNorthStar Anesthesia is committed to being the greatest anesthesia care community in America. In order to do that, we appreciate feedback as provided in this review. Feedback is helpful to improve on what we are trying to achieve and allows us to remain steadfast in always improving. As part of our mission and culture, we put a tremendous effort into our onboarding process to ensure our teammates are an extension of our core values which include being accountable, striving for excellence, mutual respect, practicing leadership, compassionate care and knowing that together we can do anything. Our clinicians are all fully licensed and trained to ensure patient safety and positive clinical outcomes are the number one priority.
To maintain a positive, fun environment, we ensure competitive salaries and benefits are offered at or above market value. Our corporate office has additional perks such as an in-house workout center, showers, break room and fun room where team meetings and after hour events can take place after 4 pm. Alcohol is never encouraged and only optional when it does not impede our work standards.
The executive leadership takes their roles very seriously as role models and leaders with the utmost responsibility in living our core values by leading by example. We encourage dialogue at monthly town hall meetings and have anonymous suggestion boxes around the office to solicit feedback. Again, while this review is not what we like to see, we do appreciate the ability to respond and use it as a means to improve.
