For the most part, if you wanted you were able to pick up a lot of shifts.
Many staff were very nice and helpful, you just have to ask and that is the biggest thing
Cons
A lot of multitasking and problem solving to do, especially if other aids were not around to aid assist.
Can be an extremely heavy workload if there is not a team based effort.
PTO is lost after unemployment if you do not use it, also not payed out.
