I did want to address your "con" around health insurance as we take the health and wellbeing of our team members very seriously. NAB offers generous Blue Cross PPO Medical Plans and our team members can choose their deductible level (low or high). To recruit and retain our talented team members, our plans are in keeping with benchmark in both the finance and tech industries. Beyond this, we invest in our employees through our Wellbeing program by offering programming on physical, emotional, financial, social, and professional health. We offer challenges and activities on these topics so employers can engage and learn. We supplement these wellbeing activities by giving employees $500 annually in a lifestyle account to use for gym memberships, massages, Apple fitness watches and other wellbeing related expenses.
