Reviewer,
We’re concerned that much of the information in this review is inaccurate and misleading.
First, the claim that leaders earn a portion of new team members’ commissions is false. Our leaders do not take money from new employees’ sales. This does not happen and is completely inaccurate.
Additionally, the average rep on payroll in our office this week earned $2,358.45. The lowest payment made was $1,103, and the highest was $7,438.75, for just one week of work, which contradicts the suggestion that earnings are “literally zero.”
Transparency about our roles and expectations is a priority for us, and our interview process clearly communicates the responsibilities of the position. We go over in clear detail during two different stages of the interview process, using a PowerPoint to go over the exact responsibilities of the role. While we understand that direct sales isn’t the right fit for everyone, we take false claims about our practices and compensation seriously and hope that future candidates will review accurate information about the role.
Best,
Management
