* Idiotic leadership that doesn't care about their people * Blatant lying to employees, promising promotions then rescinding them, project managers mandating ridiculous tech designs to veteran engineers, the whole bit. I've seen some stupid management in my time, but these guys take the cake. The new leadership seems to not care about the people that work there and who have made them somewhat successful. Every bad decision that could possibly have been made, they made it, ignoring all of the building blocks that were carefully put into place by those that preceded them.
