This business office is full of drama, gossip, twists and turns, people turning on each other. Senior staff constantly picking on other women, plotting & gossiping, making the job more stressful than it already is. Management is disorganized, doesn't know how to manage their own people, sleeps in their desks, will bring you down instead of up with zero accountability from them, will not back you for holding other departments accountable, will blame you for not meeting their deadlines. Management will decimate you by hiring internally if you are not social with certain people. Some people are held to certain standards while others have more leniency, favoring the senior staff. The drama and stress is unbearable. Lack of training, low paid for the slew of tasks you have to do, no promotion within and chances are you'll stay at that desk you were hired for.
