      Pros

      A very nice dealership , well maintained. Good ownership with very good benefits. Right off the 5 and near other dealerships.

      Cons

      Like with most auto sales jobs, unpredictable hours. Not a very popular brand, so sales can be slow. Work every weekend.

      The vision is exciting and I know they want to see me grow! It's nice to work in an auto group that cares about their employees and customers. Great medical benefits! Appreciate the support from all of our shared services teams!

      Cons

      It's time to improve some benefits like our PTO program and 401k.
