The office is kept clean by the building service and the bathroom has three toilets. Mid-size company with about a dozen in the main office and many in India, where labor is cheaper.
Cons
No teamwork at all. You are on your own in this dungeon of negativity. Employees hate management and speak ill of them behind their backs. Recruiters are fired in order for the company to avoid paying commissions. This is done repeatedly! One manager is infamous for not sending out resumes of qualified candidates since he feels above the job. The management hires Indian staff members there to deal with the vast amount of Indian candidates seeking a visa/green card. These workers especially speak ill of management and back-stab to keep their jobs. You may hear an account manager show off about how many times he visits the bathroom. Management makes false promises and don't apologize about it. They are hired due to family or personal relationship with the owner. Bottom line: Working here is a waste of time and energy and you will be ripped off.
