- the people you meet - the employee discount (especially NPG discounts or during the holiday season where discount goes from 20% to 30%)
Cons
- managers micromanaged us (it was just this one manager, but he only let us clock in 1 minute early and if you were late by 1 minute he would keep record and when he sees that you’re continuously 1-3 minutes late, he will give you a strike - 3 strikes you’re fired - no 5 min grace period)
