The first that really impressed me and I haven't seen in this manner in other companies is the stubborn willingness to give chances to people; people that would under perform were time and time again given the opportunity to get themselves on a better path. Some of them didn't, yet some of them got better and are still in the company. My personal feeling is that people matter in this company, and your well being is important. Most of the days I get at work with a smile(except on Mondays). Other pros : - flexible hours - you can work from home - one hour per day of payed breaks - good salary - various technologies and projects - game room - things are improving each day - good location

- some idle time between projects - some processes and standards are still evolving

As I stated in the headline, the relationships throughout the company are very good and solid. The work mood and environment are excellent and i think these are some key aspects for anyone to consider. As for other pros i could mention some : -Welcoming environment -Work flexibility / work-life balance -Work from home -Encouragements and everyone open to ideas and suggestions -Great co-workers
